On the Vesturdalsá has recently been built a spacious and comfortable self catering lodge, situated centrally in the valley, near to some of the best pools. It is also within 15 minutes drive of Vopnfjardar and so convenient for purchasing supplies from the local shops. If guests take the river exclusively (all three rods) Fly Fish Iceland can arrange to have the lodge serviced with linens and conveniences and catered for all meals.
